CerTIFied offers a range of services, including Power of Attorney (POA) Certificates, Wills, and Medical Directives.
For all POA certificates, CerTIFied requires two unrelated witnesses with valid identification. The signer/principal must also possess valid identification and demonstrate competence in understanding what they are signing.
It is essential to thoroughly review all documents and ensure the presence of all witnesses before the scheduled notary appointment. In the event that the principal is hospitalized, timely notification to the notary before the appointment is crucial for appropriate arrangements.
Marriage
CerTIFied will perform your marriage ceremony. The couple must first obtain a marriage license from an authorized State of Florida official and provide valid identification for both parties.
CerTIFied will Administer oaths or affirmations, take acknowledgments and notarize Divorce Decrees.
Loan Signing
CerTIFied will notarize all of your loan documents. Please be sure to read over all documents to understand what you’re signing as your notary cannot advise.
Must have valid identification for all those named on the loan.
